过去的也过去了,收拾心情,做个甜点来慰劳一下自己吧。突然发现,乳酪霸占了我大半篇的秀厨艺,说我很爱吃乳酪吗?嗯。。。也不见得超爱,不过就一次又一次的让它主宰我家的小厨房。哈~
上一回试过了冷冻的方式,这次就来个烘培乳酪蛋糕,看看这一次厨神小精灵有没有在我身旁导三冈。嘻!
我家没有高级的烘炉,我用的只不过是那个妈妈嫁妆的圆烘炉。不知道你们有没有概念,那已经是妈妈年代的古董。哈哈~所以我也没有报很大的期望,尽我所能吧!
每一次,我都觉得厨神小精灵对我特别的关照。这次也没有外例,而且超越了我预期想象的结果。这让我喜出望外的兴奋和满意!
刚出炉的蛋糕是美到~~~~~~~俘虏了我的相机,快门咔嚓咔嚓闪个不停!而且我是兴奋极致,一直对着妹妹传输哈皮电波。 I'm soooooo happy!!! haha....
热腾腾的美味,不是在呼隆我们的眼睛,入口即化的绵密,让我陶醉在一片绵绵乳酪海中~~
呃。。。如果真的沉浸在乳酪海中,那应该有点恶心, 哈哈!
不知道还可以用什么形容词,刚出炉的蛋糕,可以如此美味~~
绵密得入口即化,不仅让我心中在高声呐喊~I've made it!
工欲善其事,必先利其器。虽然我没有锋利的器具,还是有些小瑕疵,但小精灵的眷顾,出来的成品 is nearly to perfection!
接着,就让这些照片来俘虏你们的视觉与胃觉吧!至于味觉,有待我们的缘分何时到咯!呵呵。。。

参考的食谱如下,你也可以试试看哦!
Filling:
(A) 500g cream cheese
50g sugar
50g butter
(B) 50g Flour
(C) 1 egg
3 egg yolks
(D) 150g yogurt
(E) 3 egg whites
70g sugar
pinch of salt
(F) 300g peaches, cut into slices
Method:
1. Cream (A) till light and fluffy.
2. Fold in (B) and mix till well blended.
3. Add (C) slowly and cream till smooth.
4. Stir in (D) and mix evenly till well combined.
5. Put aside the above batter.
6. Whip egg whites in (E) till foamy.
7. Add sugar and salt in (E) and continue to whip till stiff.
Remark: Do not overwhipped (E)8. Mix the egg white mixture with the above batter till well incorporated.
9. You can either made a biscuit base or place a thin layer of sponge cake as the
cake base.
10. Place the peach slices on top and pour in the cheese batter.
11. Bake at 160 oC in water bath for 60 minutes.
12. Spread some icing sugar on top of the well done cake to be more decorative.
13. Set to cool. Serve!
You will be amazed by the smooth texture of the cheese cake right after it is done. Enjoy the recipe~~! yippie
