生日。依然有你们

一年又过了一年的生日,身边依然有着你们的陪伴。将来就算我们分隔两地,我们都要一起过生日哦~*finger crossed*
那一刻,你们真的让我觉得,我像是个公主一样~ ^^

生日。蛋糕

蛋糕常和生日挂鈎
生日少了蛋糕,就像少了什麽
我常覺得,生日時有人幫你買蛋糕,是很幸福的事
我喜歡讓我身邊的人,接收那份幸福

不加班了,回家的路上繞去買材料
秤量。打蛋。攪拌。白砂糖。鮮奶油
一番功夫,烘焙心意

聼妹說,媽一直對她的這份禮物,讚不絕口
雖然沒有親耳聼見她說,從妹口中得知,依然很滿足

這是一份遲來的生日禮物
但卻是我用心焙制的

Vintage Bulgaria Restaurant - S.P.E.C. Theme

It is our first Theme gathering and it is also PH birthday on the next day!! Essentially, we planned to go for Ingolf's Kneipe German Restaurant where we kicked the doorstep during our last 2 visits on Sunday, coincidently they closed on Sunday. But our fate with this German Restaurant doesn't seem to work out again on our 3rd visit :(. Unpredictably it was packed with patrons on a very normal Wednesday night! And we do not make any reservation, ended up we were refused at the entrance. No choice and we decided to step into the next door, the Vintage Bulgaria Restaurant, which turned out to be an enjoyable night as well...

Camwhoring, Chit-Chating and having fun time together accompanying by delicious entrees are the activities of the night. We ordered 3 set dinners and 2 ala-carte. The main course of our choice is seasoned to a lil salty for our liking but I personally love their mushroom soups and the desert of my choice --> Creme Brule (vanilla flavoured pudding top off with caramel). It is simply delicious, a thumbs-up!! First bite you taste the sweet crunchy caramel following by soft and flavourful of vanilla pudding, what a perfect match! owww....my saliva starts to dripped off when I'm describing it now...

Bulgarian Platter for 1 consists of Bulgarian mixed grill of homemade kebapche(grilled spiced mince pork and beef), kyofte(meatball) and kamatche(pork and beef spiced sausage) and succulent pork fillet, RM35




Spagetti Carbonara with bacons and mushrooms in very rich and thick creamy sauce, RM29




Chicken Cordon Blue(a classic dish of chicken drumstick layered with ham and mozzarella cheese which comes in set), RM28




Bulgarian Schnitzel(seasoned mince pork and beef with crispy coating which also comes in a set), RM28

* All set menus are served with mushroom soup/garden salad, in-house dessert and iced lemon tea. *

Our choice of desserts are going to be served......



Chocolate Soup, it's funny they called it as a soup =.=

他的50个年头

转眼间,老爸也活了50个年头了,愿他永远像这水中盛开的花,风采依然~~


他们第一次尝试Canton-i。油而不腻的叉烧,原想点鹅肉,不过有点小贵,所以点了这个双拼盘。好像是RM23-25之间。


人人必点的烧肉。很小一盘~~~~这里已经是RM15了!原来才知道,香港人吃烧肉配糖和芥末!还有点不习惯=P 不过烧肉的确好吃!


最喜欢他们的白饭!不太软也不太硬,就是恰到好处!一元正=)


番茄肉酱烩茄子,蛮不错的。很多件,这应该是RM13.80

唱得很小声,因为他害羞,怕别人看到这两根大大的"5”和“0",都整头白发了,还不愿认老!


呼~愿我有花不完的钱,买不完的衣!(设计对白)呵呵,这是我想的,因为他和我一样,超爱美!我们家有四位女生的说!


呃~有点硬呐!=。=


失误啊失误!这是我目前做过最丑的蛋糕了!一直不断的思考,到底哪个步骤弄错了?
不甘心的我,找一天又再重做了一遍。眼看就要成功了哦~~~~~谁知道因为一个不留神,又被我搞砸了!

把2 teaspoon的gelatin看成2 tablespoon 了!哎啊~~~~~~~~~~~


庆幸的是,他们都说比第一次好很多!我相信如果有第三次,一定是完美的!Yes, I can do it!!

哦。。。忘了说,其实这是German Blackforest Cake。里面的夹心有腌制樱桃,加上巧克力蛋糕。
