我的美丽日记

女人爱美是天性,有哪个女人不爱美呢?尤其是我们每天辛辛苦苦的工作,赚来的血汗钱,当然要来慰劳一下自己,疼惜疼惜我们倦怠的肌肤!对不?
Girls love beauty. Why not gives ourselves a treat, pamper ourselves after a hectic day of work?

有了容光焕发,白嫩透析的肌肤,走在街上,自信也多一点。自从我在香港旅游回来,就认识了“我的美丽日记”这个平价面膜品牌(原产地:台湾)。我不是一个对美容护肤品认识很深的人,所以也不会花大钱在这方面。这个平价却不失品质的面膜,正好中我意!
Blowing with confident on the street when we owned rejuvenate and revitalise skin on our angle face, definitely! I'm introduced to "The Beauty Diary" since my HK trip (which locally from Taiwan). I'm not a person with thorough knowledge about beauty product and I never spent much money on this area. Getting to know this economical brand of beauty mask was such an earning for me!

我第一片接触到的面膜是保加利亚玫瑰,有着芬芳的香味,主要是美白的效果。再来是薰衣草Q10奈米面膜,分别有舒眠亮肤和弹力升级的效果。Q10的味道闻起来还蛮舒服的,功效也不错,我自己蛮喜欢。不试没啥事,一试就无法自拔啦!哈哈!苹果多酚是我再接再厉的追击,非常保湿哦,用过会水当当啦!别说只有女人爱漂亮,大头跟我一样试过了以上的面膜,而他最爱的就是这个!珍珠,黑珍珠将会是我接下来的发掘,最近也推出了复合莓果面膜以及日本吉野樱花面膜,下个星期我的货就到咯,好想赶快就可以试欧!用过的人,评语都很好!待我用过之后,铁定马上跟大家分享!
Bulgarian Rose, Lavendar and Q10 Rejuvenating Mask was my very first try. They all smells sweet and refreshing and definitely gaves more than what you paid. I just fall in love with this beauty product as I get more than what I expected for a cheap price. Apple Polyphenal Mask was my next try as I couldn't stop myself on beautifying myself. Never say only woman loves beauty, my dear had applied all of the above, and the green apple cupid just caught his heart. =D
Pearl Powder and Black Pearl Mask will be my next discovery. Mix Berries and Sakura are the new chapter for all the beauties. I couldn't wait to get my stock until next week! I will certainly share this beauty secret right after.









以上的都是属于自然钥匙篇,由于觉得太好用了,几个月前我寄同事又从香港帮我带回璀璨钻石篇--〉白金保湿面膜。我用过的心得只有一句话:赞!!它有高效保湿,白皙,改善细纹的功效,而且非常的伏贴。这些效果都一一显示,我只能说:“我太爱这个了!”。虽然这个升级的面膜会比钥匙篇来得贵,不过是非常值得它的价格的。
Since I'm indeed fond of it, I'm upgrading myself to the Diamond Series-->Platinum Rejuvenating Mask. One word for the tried out : Splendid! Gosh...I love this one! Although it's more expensive compare to the Natural Key Version but it's undeniably worth.

用过美丽日记至今,也差不多有四个月的时间了,到现在才来分享,嗯。。。不会太迟吧!呵呵^^

秀厨艺~Chilled Lemon Cheese Cake + Pai Kut Wang

看到家里久久放在冰箱里的柠檬,心血来潮想说来做个柠檬芝司蛋糕好了。这不是我第一次做蛋糕,不过对上一次已经好久之前了。
Looking at the lemons in our fridge, I get an idea to make a chilled lemon cheese cake during the off-work weekend. This is not my first time for baking cakes, but it has been a very long time ago since my last baking.

依照食谱上的步骤,芝司蛋糕的面糊也差不多完成了,最后再加入柠檬皮。柠檬皮是很香的,加入蛋糕里面的话更可以增添一份芬芳的味道。不过前提是要削得很薄,因为我们只可以取黄色皮的部分,白色的纤维会带来苦味。
Following every procedure in the recipe, the cheese batter is almost done. Before completing the cake, I added in some zest of lemon. The zest can add in more lemon fragrance to the cake. However, we have to slice it very carefully, as we only want the thin yellow layer. This is to prevent the bitter favor from most of the fruit's peel. The white layer under the yellow layer is actually the one that provide the bitter favor.

冷冻了两个小时后,我把蛋糕从模型中取出。有个不祥的预感,因为先前在弄饼干底层的时候,牛油放得太少,所以一部分的饼干也散开来了!啊。。。。。。
After chilling for 2 hours, it's time for me to remove it from the cake mould. But I have a "not-so-good" feeling, as when I was doing the biscuit base, I added too little of melted butter, so when I remove the cake from the mould, some of the biscuits fall off. arghh....

不过卖相看起来还蛮漂亮的,不管三七二十一了,拍下照片再算吧!因为刚吃过晚餐,肚子饱饱的,所以拍完照就把蛋糕放回冰箱里,明天再吃吧!
But in fact, the outlook of the cake is quite nice...hehe^^. So I quickly snap some photo before bothering so much. I keep it back to the fridge after snapping session because I'm just had my dinner. Let's try it the next day!



今天早上醒来后,第一件事就想到我的蛋糕!刀子一切下去,饼干果然都散开了!饼干很香,可是却吃不到,好不满足哦!
The first thing that came into my mind was my cheese cake after waking up this morning. To my disappointment, the biscuit base falls when I cut the cake. =(
饼干不见了!Where is the biscuit?


心有不服,吃过午饭,我就一直在想,可以不可以挽救呢?结果让我想到了一个办法!
To my dissatisfaction, I keep thinking whether there is anything that I could do to "save" my cake? *Bling* I got an idea!

我把蛋糕反过来,饼干底层朝上。把掉在盘上的饼碎再加上新的饼碎,融了牛油一起搅拌, 然后再次涂上蛋糕,然后放回冰箱冷冻一下!果然,我的方法是可行的,拯救行动算是成功!=D
I turned the cake upside down with the biscuit base face up. Melt some butter, crash some biscuit and mix with the fall-off biscuit, once again put it on top of the upside down cake. Chilled it for a while in the fridge. My "cake-saving" mission turned out to be quite successful! =D

虽然卖相不比之前好看,不过这一口蛋糕吃得很满足,饼干是好吃的!至于蛋糕的部分嘛,我觉得还有待加强,因为不够软绵,没有入口即化的感觉!
Although the outlook is not as good as before, but this bite was very satisfaction, the biscuit is a good one! For the cake, I feel that it is not soft enough, I still have a lot of improvement to get a cheese cake that will melt in the mouth!

今天,靓妈破天荒地准备午餐,我也大显身手弄了一道拿手的排骨王。因为家里没了“红毛酱油”(kip chap),所以调酱料的时候,我改用中式酱油,可能出手太重,稍咸了点!不过配饭还是美味地。。。呵呵!这可是我很有把握的得意之作呐!=P
Pretty mum prepare lunch today, I also contribute my all-time-favourite~Pai Kut Wang. But maybe I add too much of soya sauce into the gravy, so it turned out a bit salty. However, it is indeed a delicious dish with rice....hehe! Of cause, this is my signature dish!

另外,靓妈准备了罗汉斋和白萝卜汤。
Pretty mum prepared 2 dishes, luo han zai and white radish soup.

马迪卡。偷闲记 (续)

这副3D眼镜好酷呐!戴上去还蛮时髦的嘛,哈哈!^^ I like the spec...cool~


我们准备要回家准备晚餐了。大头说要我做Chicken Cordon Bleu,第一次下厨给他家人吃,老实说还蛮紧张的。介由上一回的成品外皮不够酥脆,所以这一次我打算到超市找一找面包糠。面包糠找不到,倒是看到了McConnick的Crispy Mix,这个牌子的香料还蛮赞的,好吧,那就试试看!
We are going home after movie to prepare our dinner of the night-->chicken cordon bleu. It was my very first time to prepare dinner for his family, it's kinda excited yet nervous. Since my former dish turned out to be less crispy, so this time I tried on the McConnick Crispy Season N Mix.

这次的外皮有比较酥脆了(只可惜,只买了一包鸡粉,少了那么一丁点),而且这个炸鸡粉已经有它的咸香度在,这次我也加多了芝司,所以会比第一次来的好吃!嗯。。。不过鸡肉比较小,馅儿又有点贪心,所以很多都炸开来了!嘻!不过外漏的芝司看起来还蛮令人垂涎欲滴的,是吧?
Although the cordon bleu burst for this round(cause of our greediness for the stuffing :p), but it does looks tempting, isn't it? =D

摆上桌,战战兢兢,毕竟这是First Time. 大头的姐姐和他男朋友吃过后都叫好,问我从哪个Recipe里学的。听到这样,沾沾自喜!^^ 大头就说鸡肉可以稍微腌制一下,我想也对,有了两次经验,我相信以后做的会越来越美味咯!
With my heart bumping hard, I served the dinner. Dear's sis and her hubby tried it and thumbs up. Really glad to get their compliment! Nevertheless, dear suggested that we can season the chicken first and I do agree with that. With the second try, I believe I can do it even better next round!

另外,我们还准备了意大利面,由大头亲手操刀。For his part-->Spagetti Marinara.
